"GREENDOC.NET" and others are our service marks or registered or unregistered service marks or trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Description of Service

GreenDOC allows you to create, save and publish documents. The service is entirely free. GreenDOC visitors are able to read documents, subscribe to RSS feeds of GreenDOC and to share their documents with friends.

The Documents Content Rights and Ownership

GreenDOC claims no ownership or control over any Document submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through GreenDOC services. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any Document you submit, post or display on or through GreenDOC services and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying Document on or through GreenDOC services which are intended to be available to the members of the public, you grant GreenDOC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish and distribute such Document on GreenDOC services for the purpose of displaying and distributing GreenDOC services. GreenDOC furthermore reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any Document in its sole discretion.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Document submitted.

Permitted Uses

To use the service you have to be a registered user of the website. Only legal adults can use GreenDOC. You understand and accept to be responsible for all your actions on the page, for texts, pictures, videos and links in your document’s content. You understand and agree that as part of the Service, you may receive account creation confirmations, service reminders, administrative messages and any of the optional GreenDOC newsletters. If you do not want to receive such messages from GreenDOC, cancel your account.

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use

GreenDOC has the right to delete your account when we discover that you are publishing spam documents, use or misuse the laws, other users’ documents or deal with some other action against the agreement. You as a GreenDOC user are not allowed to:

• Create documents, which’s content is written in a language which isn’t supported by Google AdSense
• Use other’s documents or texts for which the original author hasn’t given the permission.
• Spam your public link in every possible forum, mailing list, newsgroup or other place.
• Click or use a program that automatically directs to an add-on which will be used among your published documents.

You as a GreenDOC user are not allowed to create documents which include:

• Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
• Pornography, adult, or mature content
• Hacking/cracking content
• Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Excessive profanity
• Gambling or casino-related content
• Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails
• Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
• Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
• Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
• Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
• Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
• Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
• Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
• Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others

Ad Revenue Sharing

GreenDOC offers you a chance to earn money using third person’s services. For example you have an opportunity to use Google AdSense service on your documents. Therefore you have to be joined with Google AdSense service and have atleast three published documents. You will be given a unique identification. When you already have an Google AdSense account then you have an option to associate it with GreenDOC. Google AdSense profit will be shared with you and you will get 70% of the profit. You will not receive any share of the revenue generated by the non-Google ads. Before joining you must accept the terms of use of Google Adsense.

GreenDOC has every time the right to change the percentage of shared Google AdSense profit.

Third-Party Sites

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because GreenDOC has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that GreenDOC is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that GreenDOC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Privacy Policy

The site does require cookies for the effective use of certain services and also does collect statistics about how visitors in general use the Service. Your e-mail received during registration won’t be given to any third parties.

No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including your GreenDOC account), use of the Service, or access to the Service.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GREENDOC, MICCAGROUP AND OUR PARTNERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GREENDOC, MICCAGROUP AND OUR PARTNERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT GREENDOC, MICCAGROUP AND OUR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF GREENDOC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
