Before 6 to 8 weeks, who is going to plan the baby shower party must be decided. Next, the date and duration of the party must be fixed. Then the theme must be selected, the important guest list should be prepared, the budget should be decided, some sitting arrangement for the guest\'s babies, entertainment for the children must de planned, the location, menu, types of beverages should be selected, caterer must be reserved. The invitations must be finished at least before 5 to 6 weeks. Now, the list for the menu and food items along with the required number of plates, cloths, glasses, serving trays must be prepared. Just before five weeks, the decorations and games to be played must be decided.

Before four weeks, the invitations must be send to the guests. The two cakes, one for the party and the other for gifting the mother must be ordered. All the decorations and prizes for the shower games must be ready before three weeks.

Whether all the invitees are going to come or not must be confirmed over telephones. Accordingly each and every arrangement must be made. A person should be asked to bring the would be mother to the shower. All these should be done before two weeks.

Before one week the planning must be completed. On the day of the baby shower the expectant mother should be called and all food items, prizes must arranged in right place.
