It was a gloomy Sunday. The sky was gray, and everything was standing still, giving a feeling of being in calm before a storm. But my sister and I had to go and find wedding jewelry because her marriage is going to be very soon.
Wedding jewelry is very important in weddings because, aside from adding beauty to the already attractive and pretty bride, they are very symbolic of many important elements in marriage.
For one, marriage is supposed to be a very important and valuable affair because it constitutes a landmark in a persons life. Marriage is actually one of the decisions that can definitely affect your life. The value of wedding jewelry, like that of any other jewelry, cannot be ignored. The wedding jewelry is priceless, and their value does not depreciate in time. In fact, as time passes by, wedding jewelry appreciates in value so like other jewelry.
Aside from appreciating in value, the wedding jewelry also gets more and more brilliant. This is symbolic of what marriage should be, a brilliant reality that gets more and more brilliant with time. Indeed the relationship of husband and wife, if only well taken care of, definitely would soar into heights never imagined by any of the couple.
The tendency of the jewelry to disintegrate only after the application of enormous force is also indicative of the string of the marriage bond between two consenting adults, whose commitment to the relationship will, in all indications, stand the test of time.
And so my sister and I went to one store after another looking for the wedding jewelry that will suit her every need and desire. What struck me most was the fact that the more we were into the business of finding the perfect wedding jewelry for my beloved sister, the more we were confused. You know why? It was only then that we realized that wedding jewelry can actually look the same the more you look at them, and when they do, you will have the feeling of helplessness due to the confusion that increases with time spent ogling wedding jewelry.
Good that I have read somewhere that it is not good to make a decision while you are confused. And so we did not make a decision based on the name of a particular wedding jewelry, instead we looked for some other bases of our decision.
One basis is the reputation of the company offering the perfect wedding jewelry. After all, reputations are not built overnight, but rather overtime and in a process that is gradual and slow. The company therefore tends not to risk this reputation for just a few gains; hence, this company will always do what it promises.
