Senator John Kerry cured of prostate cancer, say his doctors
John Kerry’s doctors have told him that his prostate cancer has been cured, John Kerry told the New York Times in an interview.
He told the New York Times \"I am cured, I am cancer-free, and the percentages of me being cancer-free 10 years from now are about as good as they get.\"
John Kerry is 60 years old. In 2003 he had his whole prostate gland removed.
Ever since his operation his doctors have been keeping an eye on his blood for traces of cancer.
Dr. Patrick Walsh, John Kerry’s surgeon said that the chances of him having a significant problem with cancer are infinitesimally small.
