Coping with hair loss or thinning of hair is most times easier said than done and can be emotionally devastating. Suffering from hair loss is not only traumatic but can have a negative impact on your self esteem.

I'm going to talk about two ways in which to cope with the heartache of losing your hair.

* The Cover-Up: We have all seen the "comb over" which is rarely effective and usually has tragic comedic results. Another attempt at cloaking is the hair piece or toupee, extensions or wigs. These are much less accepted for men than for women. A woman can wear a hairpiece or wig and rarely will anyone be able to tell it is not her hair. You will have to pay a high price for a really good toupee or wig and extensions can be quite costly. They can be made to match your hair color and texture and with help you to be able to face the world without being self conscious.

Acceptance: Men tend to accept their balding or thinning of hair much more easily than women. Society tells us that a woman's hair is her crown and glory so when she starts to lose her hair the heartache and devastation is almost too hard to bare. It is easier for men to accept because society's expectations are not as prevalent.

Some of us accept hair loss more easily than others. It helps to know that eventually it will grow back but we say that it is hard to wait the long period of time it takes to grow back. One way would be to wear extensions, hair pieces or wigs which allows us to go out into the world without feeling self conscious and naked. But what do we do at home. Lets face it, it is uncomfortable to wear a wig to bed and we may wake up with it askew and our partner is wondering why our bangs are in the back of our head. One option would be a turban or a pretty scarf. Or we can get it through our heads that the one who loves us actually loves "us" and not our hair.

If you or a loved one is losing hair, please remember that your hair does not determine your self worth. You will notice your hair loss more than anyone else so try to relax. People are more interested in your personality.

What if you could stop and prevent male and female hair loss and strengthen, revitalize and restore thinning hair, without involving cost, treatments, products or drugs. http://www.usfreeads.com/2101593-cls
